Nikki Reed and Ian Somerhalder have a second baby on the way
Nikki Reed and her husband Ian Somerhalder are expanding their family member. The Twilight alum, 34, is ready to begin another motherhood journey.
She took to Instagram on Monday, January 9, to announce the happy news that she is pregnant with her second child.
Reed shared a photo of herself holding her first child while cradling her baby bump and captioned the post,
“2023 celebrating life. Years of dreaming, manifesting, and praying over this very moment. So much love. What a gift.”
“As all of you know, I have very strong boundaries with social media, especially when it comes to children and what I choose to put out into the world.”

She later concluded her statement by showing her gratitude toward those who send love and support to them and asked everyone to send them “positivity” for the new addition to their family.
Nikki and Ian are currently co-parenting their 5-years old daughter Bodhi, who was born in the year 2017.
Ian, for his part, also shared the exciting news on Instagram, sharing the same photo from his pregnant wife’s post and captioning it,
“All I’ve ever wanted from the time I was a young boy was to have a big family. Thank you Nik for giving me that gift. ROUND TWO HERE WE GO!!!!!”
The “Vampire Diaries” actor continued,
“Thank you thank you to this incredible human for the gift of life and love, for being the most incredible mom and working so hard to make dreams come true!!!”
